You have entrusted us with your personal data in the context of a job application or in order to be kept informed of the latest developments in intellectual property law and about Lavoix.

Lavoix Law Firm is responsible for these processing operations and the data entrusted are not transmitted to any third party, nor are they transferred outside the European Union. The data entrusted to us concerns your identity and contact details and is treated confidentially and securely, by Lavoix Law Firm’s authorised persons only, for the purposes of processing your job application or sending you our communications, newsletters, white papers, our annual IP barometer and invitations to events organised by Lavoix Law Firm. They will be kept for a maximum period of 3 months from the last contact with you in the context of a job application, and for a period of 3 years from the end of our commercial relationship or from the last contact from you in others cases. By sending us an email (see below), you can, at any time:

  • oppose this processing, which is in the legitimate interest of Lavoix to keep its clients and prospects informed,
  • request access to information concerning you, their correction, limitation or deletion,
  • request the limitation of processing or the portability of data concerning you.
